McKenzie Arnold volunteers their services at all the events and teams give up their free time to come and work and support the charity whenever they can.
Spotlight on a local charity
We also support a local charity that is close to our hearts. Our Managing Director of McKenzie Arnold Group, Mike Jackson, is also the Chairman of the President’s Sporting Club.
We believe that sports should be accessible for all and the important role sport has in the development of community values. The Presidents Sporting Club has now raised well over £2.5 million, which has been donated to schools and organisations, such as Riding for the Disabled to provide sporting facilities and opportunities for children with disabilities.
Both The McKenzie Arnold Group and the Charity itself believe that taking part in sport increases the children’s self-confidence, physical development and self-esteem and helps them meet challenges that they may face later in life.
Did you know?
The McKenzie Arnold Group organised a weekly aid convoy to the Ukraine throughout March and April 2022 and raised over £17,000, exceeding our fundraising target by 1166%, achieving a place in the top 5% of fundraisers on Just Giving in March.
